About The Position

Responsible for administrative oversight of patient care in the facility in accordance with Essentia Health policies and procedures. Organizes and provides nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, and delegates care to nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the facility’s and Essentia Health’s mission and goals and helps meet applicable Joint Commission and other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting requirements.

The role offers the opportunity to practice with autonomy and collaborative team support, coordinate care across departments and community resources, build relationships with patients and families, and contribute directly to patient outcomes and experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of acute care RN experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification, or ability to obtain it within 1 month.
