Registered Nurse - Administrative Supervisor

About The Position

Provides administrative oversight of patient care in the facility in accordance with Essentia Health policies and procedures. Organizes and provides nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, and delegates care to nursing personnel according to their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the facility’s and Essentia Health’s mission and goals and helps meet applicable Joint Commission and other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting requirements. The role offers the opportunity to work autonomously with team support, coordinate care across departments and community resources, build relationships with patients and families, and contribute to patient outcomes and experience. The position is listed at 0.75 FTE, with a permanent night rotation from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., every third weekend, and holiday work. There is no call obligation.

Requirements

At least 2 years of acute care RN experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Active RN license in the state of employment.
BLS certification, or ability to obtain it within 1 month.
