About The Position

The Registered Neurodiagnostic Technologist provides professional quality patient care during neurodiagnostic testing. The primary accountabilities of the Registered Neurodiagnostic Technologist include knowledge and competence in neurodiagnostic testing such as EEG, vEEG, cEEG, and EMU monitoring applications.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Completion of Neurodiagnostic Technologist program preferred OR work experience in combination with completion of an accredited neuroscience/ electroneurodiagnostic program.
• Current certification as Neurodiagnostic Technologist (R. EEG T.) preferred or able to obtain the R. EEG T. registration certification within 2 years of hire date.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• 1+ year experience performing electroencephalographic (EEG) examinations.
