The Oak Street clinic in Vancouver is expanding and seeking a new Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join its exceptional team. This clinic is situated in a welcoming, wellness-focused neighborhood and serves a diverse clientele, including active parents and busy professionals. The clinic is led by a supportive Clinic Director with extensive experience at Myo, fostering a strong environment for mentorship and career growth.

Requirements

  • Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college.
  • Insured with appropriate liability coverage.
  • Passionate about delivering client-centered care, including proactive follow-ups and flexible scheduling.
  • An advocate of your own growth and development and are eager to learn from your Clinic Director, Lead Clinician, your Regional Director of Clinical Development, and fellow clinicians.
  • Thrive on giving and receiving feedback, adjusting your client care and performance accordingly.
  • Contribute to clinic culture as demonstrated through behaviors such as: excitement to mentor students, participation at clinic events/workshops/recharges, etc.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team.
  • A strong communicator and understand the importance of a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, one-on-one care tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Use clinical reasoning and judgment to create action plans that help clients achieve their goals.
  • Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education.
  • Collaborate with local referral sources to grow your caseload.
  • Partner with your Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to identify growth opportunities and achieve your professional goals.
