The Registered Manager is the clinical and regulatory cornerstone of Hometouch. You will hold CQC registration on behalf of the business, lead our clinical governance framework, and be the principal point of accountability for the quality and safety of our regulated care service. This is not a back-office compliance role. We are looking for an experienced healthcare professional or a clinical governance specialist with genuine dementia expertise, the confidence to lead a care team and shape clinical standards, and the commercial awareness to support our growth. You will work closely with the CEO, COO and Head of Clinical Governance to ensure our regulated service is outstanding in every respect.
