About The Position
Brookshire Post Acute is hiring a Registered Nurse Manager in Denver, CO. This role involves managing nursing functions, acting as the Treatment Nurse providing wound care, and directing educational functions within the facility, including inservice education and hands-on training. Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in CO
- Experience with wound care required
- Experience with trachs required
Nice To Haves
- Nurse management experience preferred
- Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Experience with educating staff preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage nursing functions provided in the facility in accordance with specified duties or as directed.
- Act as the Treatment Nurse providing wound care to residents.
- Direct and manage all educational functions within the facility including inservice education and hands-on practical observation and training.
