About The Position

The Emerge Center and School for Autism in Baton Rouge is hiring a full-time Registered Line Technician to provide therapeutic services to children and individuals on the autism spectrum. Working under the supervision of licensed professionals in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) department, the technician delivers interventions that support clients’ growth and development of essential skills. The role includes direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, implementing individualized treatment plans, and assisting with communication, behavioral, social, and self-help skills. The technician follows treatment plans and protocols, documents client progress and behavior accurately, and communicates with families and caregivers about client progress while involving them in the therapeutic process. The role also includes participating in training and supervision, welcoming feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement. Candidates must pass state and federal background checks and a drug test.
