About The Position

If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, working around aircraft, and delivering excellent customer service, the Line Service Technician role with Ascension FBO Network may be a great fit. As a key member of the airport operations team, you will work directly with aircraft, pilots, passengers, and coworkers to provide safe, efficient, and professional ground support. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who values safety, enjoys variety, and prefers an active workday to sitting behind a desk.

Requirements

• You are at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and hold a valid state driver’s license.
• You enjoy helping people and providing excellent service.
• You communicate clearly and professionally.
• You are dependable, organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• You are comfortable performing basic math.

Responsibilities

• Fuel aircraft in accordance with established safety procedures; tow and marshal aircraft; and assist with wing walking and other aircraft movement.
• Greet pilots, passengers, and customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide ground support for a variety of aircraft.
• Inspect equipment and facilities, document findings, and immediately report hazards, safety concerns, or incidents.
• Keep the ramp, hangar, and facility clean, organized, and free of debris and other potential hazards.
• Share customer feedback with the appropriate Ascension team members and follow emergency and incident-response procedures when needed.
• Assist with facility upkeep, including light janitorial and grounds-maintenance work, and perform other operational duties as assigned.
