About The Position
Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist position. This is a temporary, 32-hour per week position in the Nutrition Services Division of or Medical Department. The Registered Dietitian Nutritionist provides individualized, culturally and age-appropriate diet and nutrition recommendations to patients participating in a diabetes prevention program. The ideal candidate will have the required education and a proven track record of performing assessments and recommending individualized diet and nutrition plans. Current and active certification as a RDN and being bilingual in English and Spanish is required. This recruitment will remain open until filled. Requirements
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist required with current certification by CDR.
- Fluent in Spanish, required.
Nice To Haves
- Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, preferred.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited institution with a major in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field, preferred.
- Experience in community and clinical nutrition.
