About The Position

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Registered Dietician to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Venice and the surrounding areas. As an independent contractor, you are your own boss and can control your own schedule and work in your preferred coverage areas. You determine the plan of care and observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition. Our Electronic Medical Record system is extremely intuitive, making documentation a breeze. Many clinicians complete documentation during the visit. FeldCare Connects provides assigning, communication, scheduling, care coordination, and quality assurance support.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Dietician program
• California Registered Dietician license to practice
• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Smartphone

• Bilingual is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.
• Determine the plan of care.
• Complete documentation using the Electronic Medical Record system.
