About The Position

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Registered Dietician to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Canyon Country and the surrounding areas. As an independent contractor, you are your own boss and have the flexibility to control your own schedule and work in your preferred coverage areas. You determine the plan of care and can observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition. FeldCare Connects provides administrative support, including assigning, communication, scheduling, care coordination, and quality assurance, through their innovative app Cliniconnects. Documentation is made easy with an intuitive Electronic Medical Record system.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Dietician program
• California Registered Dietician license to practice
• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Smartphone

• Bilingual is a plus!
