About The Position

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Registered Dietician to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Simi Valley and the surrounding areas. As an independent contractor, you control your own schedule and work in your preferred coverage areas. You determine the plan of care and can observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition. Our Electronic Medical Record system is extremely intuitive, making documentation a breeze, with many clinicians completing documentation during the visit. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Dietician program
• California Registered Dietician license to practice
• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Smartphone

• Bilingual is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.
• Determine the plan of care.
• Complete documentation using an intuitive Electronic Medical Record system.
