About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our well-established practice in Louisville, KY. This is a full-time opportunity for a clinician who values quality patient care, autonomy, and a supportive team environment. Our practice is intentionally structured to allow hygienists to practice at a high clinical level-without rushing, pressure, or micromanagement.
Requirements
- Active KY dental hygiene license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Desire to provide thorough, prevention-focused care
- Comfort using dental practice management software
