About The Position

Doylestown Dental Cosmetic Center is a young, innovative, 2-doctor, PPO practice seeking a growth-minded Registered Dental Hygienist. The practice is dedicated to a collaborative approach to oral health and values autonomy, offering opportunities for financial and professional growth. The position offers a flexible schedule of 3-4 days per week (Tues-Thur or Tues-Fri), guaranteed pay, and competitive compensation. New patient appointments are 90 minutes, and recall visits are 60 minutes to ensure exceptional patient care. The role includes competitive pay, production bonuses, Paid Time Off (PTO), Continuing Education (CE) opportunities, and license renewal coverage. Requirements

Registered Dental Hygienist with a desire to build professional, long-lasting relationships with patients
Desire to grow the department, developing and implementing new systems to improve patient care, experience and efficiencies
Hands-on approach to preventive care and patient education
Passionate about patient care with a strong sense of empathy and care
CPR & first aid certified

Responsibilities

Manage a patient load of 6-8 patients per day
Conduct 90-minute New Patient blocks and 60-minute recall appointments
Provide comprehensive hygiene care, including cleanings, periodontal treatments, x-rays, sealants, and whitening procedures
Collaborate with dentists on patient evaluations, treatment planning, and patient education
