About The Position

Kingery Dental Health and Wellness is a patient-centered practice committed to changing the way people feel about dentistry. We believe dentistry should feel more personal, more comfortable, and centered around whole-body health. Our focus goes beyond teeth; we help patients understand the connection between their oral health and their overall wellness, creating an experience built on trust, education, and genuine care. We are looking for a part-time RDH who is relationship-driven, patient-focused, and aligned with a wellness-based approach to care. This role requires someone who leads with empathy, communicates with confidence, and brings intention into every patient interaction. The ideal candidate creates an environment where patients feel comfortable and understood, educates in a way that empowers, and understands the connection between oral health and systemic health, communicating it clearly and confidently. This role involves taking ownership and making a meaningful difference.

Requirements

Active RDH license.
Strong clinical and periodontal knowledge.
Understanding of oral-systemic health connections.
Excellent communication and emotional intelligence.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional clinical care with a focus on comfort, trust, and patient experience.
Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and diagnostics.
Educate patients about the connection between oral health and systemic conditions, such as heart disease, diabetes, and inflammation, as well as overall wellness.
Use visuals and technology to help patients understand their health.
Identify opportunities for care and support treatment acceptance through education and trust.
Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to create a seamless patient experience.
Drive reappointment, retention, and continuity of care.
