About The Position
Peabody Dental Care is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join its growing, periodontally focused practice in Peabody, Massachusetts. The practice prioritizes periodontal diagnosis and therapy, high clinical standards, patient education and prevention, and a collaborative doctor–hygienist relationship. Compensation includes a competitive base rate and an uncapped performance bonus that begins after a defined production threshold. The position includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over six months. The schedule is full-time with consistent weekday hours and no late evenings. The role offers an optional assisted hygiene model, supportive clinical leadership, and a technology-forward environment.
