Registered Dental Hygienist
About The Position
Mynt Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist for a full-time or part-time position (2-5 days available) in Mount Pleasant, WI. This role focuses on delivering preventive and periodontal care, co-diagnosing with the doctor, completing charting and radiographs, educating patients, and maintaining clinical records while adhering to infection control protocols. The clinic operates from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 4 pm on Saturdays. Appointment lengths are generous, with 60 minutes for new patients/recalls and 60 minutes per 2 quadrants for SRP. The practice prioritizes thorough care over volume, ensuring ample time for charting, patient education, and room reset. The position offers competitive compensation, including a high hourly rate, a signing bonus, and uncapped monthly bonuses. The team utilizes modern technology such as Dentrix Ascend, AI-assisted X-rays, iTero Lumina scanners, digital radiography, intraoral cameras, and Soft Tissue Lasers. New graduates are welcome and will be paired with an experienced hygienist for mentorship.
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin RDH license in good standing
- Ability to administer local anesthesia

Responsibilities
- Deliver preventive and periodontal care within your licensed scope
