Requirements
- Active Texas Dental Hygienist (RDH) license required
- Gentle, thorough, and passionate about preventive care
- Strong communicator who connects easily with patients of all ages
- Reliable, professional, and a true team player
Nice To Haves
- Private practice experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar practice management software preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hygiene care including cleanings, full-mouth debridement, and periodontal therapy
- Perform comprehensive periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, and patient health assessments
- Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral photos
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care in a way that actually connects with them
- Document treatment accurately and efficiently
- Partner with the doctor and team to deliver a seamless, high-quality patient experience
- Build genuine long-term relationships with your patient base
