About The Position

Mynt Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist for a full-time or part-time position (2-5 days available) in Franklin Park, IL. This role focuses on delivering preventive and periodontal care, co-diagnosing with the doctor, completing charting and scans, educating patients, maintaining records, and following infection control protocols. The clinic operates from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 3 pm on Saturdays. The practice emphasizes thorough care over volume, allowing ample time for charting, patient education, and room preparation. Hygienists will work with advanced technology including Dentrix Ascend, AI-assisted X-rays, iTero Lumina scanners, digital radiography, intraoral cameras, and soft tissue lasers.

Requirements

• Active Illinois RDH license in good standing
• Ability to administer local anesthesia

• New graduates are welcome. We'll pair you with an experienced hygienist at the beginning to build your speed and confidence
• Certification training available for Soft Tissue Lasers if you don't have it yet

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive and periodontal care within your licensed scope
• Co-diagnose with the doctor during hygiene exams
• Complete periodontal charting, radiographs, and intraoral scans
• Educate patients on their treatment and home care
• Maintain your clinical notes and treatment records
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
