About The Position

Aspen Dental – Private Practice of Cherry Creek is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join its established Denver practice. The role offers compensation of $60–$70 per hour, based on experience, plus a monthly production bonus. The schedule is full-time and flexible to part-time, with weekday shifts Monday through Friday and only one Friday per month required. The practice offers comprehensive dental care, modern clinical technology, and a focus on quality care and long-term patient relationships.

The hygienist will provide preventive and periodontal care as part of comprehensive patient treatment, working closely with experienced doctors and the clinical team. The practice offers mentorship and professional development, including a continuing education allowance and paid quarterly study clubs. New graduates are welcome.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Dental Hygienist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical hygiene skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care.
• Complete periodontal assessments and charting.
• Perform prophylaxis and scaling and root planing as appropriate.
• Take diagnostic dental x-rays.
• Educate patients and discuss connections between oral and overall health.
• Build lasting relationships with patients.
• Help patients understand diagnoses and recommended care.
• Collaborate with doctors and the clinical team.
• Use modern technology to support patient education and clinical conversations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Create a comfortable, professional patient experience.
