About The Position
Platinum Dental is seeking a motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to provide patient-centered preventive and periodontal care in a supportive, collaborative clinical environment. The role offers clinical autonomy, professional development, and opportunities to build a long-term dental hygiene career. New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply. The schedule is Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Thursday, either 7:00 AM–1:00 PM or 1:00 PM–7:00 AM; and Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation is listed at $70–$75 per hour, with a choice between guaranteed hourly pay and production-based compensation, subject to the compensation options offered. The position includes up to $40,000 in tuition reimbursement, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and complimentary laser certification, subject to eligibility and program terms. Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including preventive and periodontal services within scope of practice.
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, and other authorized hygiene procedures.
- Assess patients’ oral health and identify signs of periodontal disease and other dental concerns.
- Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene, preventive care, and personalized treatment recommendations.
- Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members on comprehensive patient care plans.
- Build patient relationships through clear communication, compassion, and trust.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment and follow infection control protocols.
- Stay current with dental hygiene techniques, technology, and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on exceptional patient experiences.
