Dental Hygienist| $40,000 Tuition Reimbursement
About The Position
Platinum Dental is seeking a motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to provide patient-centered preventive and periodontal care, build lasting patient relationships, and support patients’ lifelong oral health. The role offers clinical autonomy, a collaborative team environment, professional development, and career growth. New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply. The schedule is Tuesday through Thursday, 6:45 AM–4:00 PM, and Friday, 6:45 AM–3:00 PM. Compensation is $65–$75 per hour, with a choice of guaranteed hourly pay or production-based compensation. Applicants may choose one eligible incentive: up to $40,000 in tuition reimbursement, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, or complimentary laser certification. Incentives are subject to eligibility and program terms.
Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure before starting.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including preventive and periodontal services within scope of practice.
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, and other authorized hygiene procedures.
- Assess patients’ oral health and identify signs of periodontal disease and other dental concerns.
- Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and personalized treatment recommendations.
- Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to develop and support comprehensive patient care plans.
- Build patient relationships through clear communication, compassion, and trust.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment and follow infection control protocols.
- Stay current with dental hygiene techniques, technology, and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on exceptional patient experiences.
