About The Position
Platinum Dental is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to provide patient-centered dental hygiene care in a supportive, collaborative environment. The role offers clinical autonomy, opportunities for professional development and career growth, and flexible compensation through either guaranteed hourly pay or production-based compensation. New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation is listed as $60–$65 per hour. Incentives include up to $40,000 in tuition reimbursement, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and complimentary laser certification, subject to eligibility and program terms. Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure before starting.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including preventive and periodontal services within scope of practice.
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, and other authorized hygiene procedures.
- Assess patients’ oral health and identify signs of periodontal disease and other dental concerns.
- Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and personalized treatment recommendations.
- Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members on comprehensive patient care plans.
- Build patient relationships through clear communication, compassion, and trust.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment and follow infection control protocols.
- Stay current with dental hygiene techniques, technology, and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on exceptional patient experiences.
