About The Position

We are looking for a patient-focused dental hygienist to join our private group practice alongside Dr. Jacci Belter. Ideally, this is a full-time position working Monday- Thursday, though we would consider part-time roles as well. Requirements

Valid dental hygienist license in Wisconsin (required).
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient care.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Comfortable with digital dental technologies, including X-ray systems and electronic medical records.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Open Dental Software is a plus!

Responsibilities

Provide preventive dental care, including prophys, examining patients for signs of oral diseases, and taking X-rays.
Perform periodontal treatments, including scaling and root planing.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate in creating and maintaining treatment plans for patients.
Keep detailed, accurate patient records and notes and ensure timely follow-up.
Stay updated with the latest dental practices and technologies to continually improve patient care.
Ensure proper infection control procedures are followed.
Establish trust and form positive relationships to ensure patients feel at ease.
