Registered Dental Hygienist
About The Position
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) sought for East Cobb Family Dentistry in Marietta, GA. This full-time position offers a flexible 3-5 day workweek (24-40 hours) with consistent weekly scheduling, including an opportunity for every other Saturday. The role provides eligibility for full-time benefits at 24+ hours/week, competitive commission-based pay with uncapped potential, monthly bonus opportunities, strong clinical and administrative support, and clear room for growth. The practice utilizes modern technology such as Open Dental and iTero, offers all periodontal treatment options, and provides sharp instruments and Cavitron units. A dedicated hygiene assistant will support with X-rays, doctor exams, polishing, and sealants.
Requirements
- Active Georgia RDH license
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
- Registered Dental Hygiene License from practicing state
- Current CPR certification
- Possess outstanding time management and communication skills
- Comfort working in modern, technology-driven practices

Responsibilities
- Perform dental hygiene duties including single or dual-column hygiene.
