About The Position
The Staff Pad is partnering with a well-established, family-friendly dental practice in the Edina area to add a Registered Dental Hygienist to their team. This is a great opportunity for a dependable hygienist seeking a relaxed, supportive workplace, consistent schedule, and strong team culture. The practice offers a competitive pay of $50–$55 per hour, an established and tenured team with low turnover, an organized workflow with structured appointments, and 60-minute new patient appointments. It is a stable, growing practice that is adding additional days and offers a collaborative and welcoming work environment.
Requirements
- Registered Dental Hygienist with Minnesota licensure or eligibility
- New graduates and experienced hygienists are welcome
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working Fridays as part of a full-time schedule
Nice To Haves
- SoftDent or paper charting experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive hygiene care, including prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
- Take X-rays, including FMX, and complete probing and charting
- Partner with the dentist during comprehensive new patient visits
- Maintain efficient patient flow and appointment schedules
- Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care
