About The Position

We're excited to welcome a motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to our well-established private dental practice in Ashburn. This is a full or part-time opportunity for an individual who values quality care, teamwork, and a supportive work environment. At First Impression Dental, we're a family-focused practice that puts both patients and team members first. Our culture is collaborative, professional, and committed to excellence. The role features a single-column schedule with 60-minute adult recall appointments and 90-minute new patient appointments, designed for comprehensive and same-day care. We are a 2.5-doctor practice with exceptional staff and outstanding patient retention, offering a wide range of in-house procedures with minimal referrals.

Requirements

• Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Passion for patient care.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Dentrix Ascend and Open Dental.
• Familiarity with iTero scanners, Piezos, hard and soft tissue lasers, and CBCT with airway analysis.
