Registered Dental Assistant (Bilingual)
About The Position
Family Smiles Lubbock is seeking a bilingual Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to help provide patient-focused dental care. The RDA welcomes and prepares patients for exams, assists dentists with treatment procedures, takes digital X-rays, and helps maintain a sterile, organized clinical environment. The role also includes patient education, teeth polishing and sealant placement, appointment and care coordination, and creating a warm atmosphere throughout the patient visit. The position is full-time, with a Monday–Saturday schedule that includes alternating Saturdays and Mondays. Requirements
- Valid Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant license.
- Proficiency in digital X-rays and charting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, and Coronal Polishing certifications; training is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and prepare patients for dental exams and help them feel at ease.
- Take digital X-rays.
- Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.

- Educate patients about treatment options and aftercare.
- Perform teeth polishing and sealant placement procedures.
