Registered Dental Assistant (Bilingual)
About The Position
Family Smiles is seeking a bilingual Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to help provide dental care and create a welcoming experience for patients. The role includes preparing patients for exams, assisting dentists with treatment procedures, taking digital X-rays, educating patients about treatment and aftercare, and supporting appointment and patient-care management. The assistant also performs teeth polishing and sealant placement and maintains a sterile, organized clinical environment. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Saturday schedule, including alternating Saturdays and Mondays. Training is available for the listed certifications for the right candidate. Requirements
- Valid Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant license.
- Proficiency in digital X-rays and charting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Sealant Placement certification; training is available for the right candidate.
- Nitrous Monitoring certification; training is available for the right candidate.
- Coronal Polishing certification; training is available for the right candidate.
- Bilingual ability, as indicated by the job title.
Responsibilities
