About The Position

This position involves providing direct patient care in a urology setting. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining vital signs and medical histories, and assisting physicians with procedures and exams. The role also requires maintaining exam rooms, managing supplies, performing electronic charting, handling telephone communications, and assisting with scheduling and pre-certifications. Adherence to HIPAA/OSHA regulations and completion of annual training are mandatory. Certified Nursing Assistants may be considered if willing to obtain Clinical Medical Assisting certification within the first year.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered/Certified Medical Assistant
• Willingness to obtain certification in Clinical Medical Assisting within the first year of employment (for CNAs considered)
