About The Position
We are seeking an experienced male Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services for a 14-year-old boy with autism. The client is very strong, so we're looking for someone who is physically fit, confident, and able to safely support active behaviors while remaining calm and professional. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping a child build skills and independence in a supportive home environment.
Requirements
- Male RBT required
- Previous RBT experience is REQUIRED
- Experience working with children with autism is a MUST
- Physically fit and able to safely support an active client
- Patient, dependable, energetic, and compassionate
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
