About The Position

AlwaysNear Home Care LLC is hiring a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral support to individuals and families in Stockbridge, GA. The role delivers direct behavioral therapy in clients’ homes and community settings and implements individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities.
Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Stockbridge, GA, or Metro Atlanta area.
Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
Must pass a background check and meet all state and company compliance requirements.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect accurate data on client behavior, skill acquisition, and progress during each session.
Provide direct one-to-one behavioral therapy in home and community settings.
Use positive reinforcement strategies to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
Maintain detailed session notes and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and family members about client progress.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
