About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a specific client case in Richmond, Virginia. This part-time position involves approximately 10 hours per week, with sessions scheduled Monday through Friday afternoons. The role focuses on delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan developed by a BCBA. Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons, about 10 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.
• Conversational Spanish is required for this case.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Participate in QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
• Engage actively in sessions with the client.
