About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time role serving one client in Aiea, Hawaii. The schedule is fixed for Wednesday afternoons, approximately 3 hours per week. This position offers direct therapy delivery based on a treatment plan developed by a BCBA, with regular supervision and support. The company emphasizes a client-centered approach, working with families on Medicaid and building schedules around client needs, family availability, and the RBT's availability, rather than corporate hour targets.

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification with the BACB.
  • Prior ABA experience.
  • Availability Wednesday afternoons, about 3 hours per week.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
  • Collect session data and submit notes for work performed.
  • Participate in QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical directors.
