About The Position
This posting is how you join Step Ahead ABA's Fast Track Placement pool for Nebraska. It is not one client case and it is not tied to one city — it covers the whole state, and it stays open all year. Apply once and you are in the pool. From then on, every time a client case opens anywhere in Nebraska, our placement team works this pool before the case is posted publicly — so you hear about it first. Cases do not go public first. When a family is ready for an RBT, our placement team works Fast Track Placement before the case is posted to a job board. Being in the pool means you hear about a case days before it is advertised anywhere, get first refusal on cases that match your area and your availability, are matched on the schedule you already told us you can work, and pool members are contacted first when several people could take a case. New cases open every week. You apply once and tell us two things: your ZIP code and when you can work. When a case opens that fits both, our placement team contacts you directly. You are never applying blind to a posting that has already been filled — we come to you. Our current RBTs get first look at every new case. Fast Track Placement is next, ahead of public postings. The RBT Leveling System provides pay increases at every level, gift card rewards, priority for client placement, and floating holidays. You also get cancellation protection as you level up, can pick your clients and set your own hours, and have a BCBA assigned to every case before you start, with the treatment plan and a handoff. There is a Capella University partnership for discounted tuition, plus BCBA supervision and a pathway. Benefits are available at 40 hours a week.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification with the BACB
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
