About The Position

This posting is for Step Ahead ABA's Fast Track Placement pool for Registered Behavioral Health Technicians (RBTs) in Virginia. This program covers the entire state and remains open year-round. By applying once, candidates are entered into a pool and will be contacted about new client cases before they are publicly posted. This ensures pool members hear about opportunities first and get priority for cases that match their location and availability. The role involves working with clients to implement behavior analysis treatment plans, with support from a dedicated BCBA and a structured leveling system that offers pay increases and other rewards.

Requirements

Active RBT certification with the BACB.
Reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to stay active and engaged in session.
