About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time position serving one client in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan developed by a BCBA. The position offers structured supervision, data collection, and note submission. Step Ahead ABA focuses on providing therapy to families on Medicaid and aims to keep plans open by offering dedicated care managers and flexible scheduling. The schedule for this specific case is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 am to 2 pm, totaling approximately 12 hours per week. Conversational Spanish is required for this case.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Monday/Wednesday/Friday, approximately 12 hours per week.
• Exact session times: M, W, F 10am-2pm.
• Conversational Spanish is required.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Participate in real supervision, including QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
• Engage actively in sessions with the client.
