About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for one client in Des Moines, Iowa. The schedule for this part-time position is Tuesdays and Thursdays in the midday, totaling approximately 6 hours per week. The exact session times are 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan created by an assigned BCBA. The role also includes collecting session data and submitting notes. Supervision is provided with in-session checks, observations, and feedback.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Tue/Thu middays, about 6 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Participate in supervision, including QA and IOA checks, observation, and feedback.
