About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a single client case in Clayton, North Carolina. This role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan developed by a BCBA. The position offers real supervision with in-session checks, observations, and feedback. You will be responsible for collecting session data and submitting notes. The company emphasizes supporting families on Medicaid and ensuring continuity of care.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Morning availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Participate in QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
• Work with a dedicated care manager and a schedule built around the client's needs, family's availability, and your own.
