Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)
About The Position
HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for its outpatient pediatric clinic in Pinehurst, North Carolina. The role supports children through applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy in a collaborative environment focused on growth and positive outcomes. Candidates may be experienced RBTs or new to the field; on-site RBT training is available for non-certified candidates. This position is offered full-time or part-time, with clinic hours available through 6:00 PM. The pay rate is $21–$29 per hour, based on experience. The role provides in-person behavior therapy in home, community, and clinic settings, working directly with clients individually or in small groups. Comprehensive benefits are available for eligible roles.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have completed at least a high school national equivalent.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ideal candidates have experience in mental health, child development, or education; applicants who enjoy being around children and are passionate about making a difference are also encouraged to apply.
