About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for its outpatient pediatric clinic in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with work extending until 6 p.m. The hourly rate is $21–$26, based on experience. Benefits are available for eligible roles.

RBTs are supervised by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), who provide mentorship and encourage collaboration and quality care. The ABA program uses a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach, Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies, and individualized programming tailored to each child’s strengths and needs. The team encourages questions, ideas, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have completed high school or a national equivalent.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Have reliable transportation.
