About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children at its outpatient pediatric clinic in Pinehurst, North Carolina. The role supports children through direct therapy in a collaborative environment focused on growth and positive outcomes. Experienced RBTs and candidates new to the field are encouraged to apply; on-site RBT training is provided for candidates who are not certified. The schedule may be full-time or part-time, with clinic hours available through 6:00 PM. Pay is $21–$29 per hour, based on experience. Comprehensive benefits are available for eligible roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have completed high school or a national equivalent at minimum.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in mental health, child development, or education.
• Enjoy working with children and have a passion for making a difference in their lives.
• RBT certification or experience; on-site training is provided for non-certified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior therapy services in home, community, and clinic settings.
