About The Position
ABA Achievers is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join its clinical team. The role supports children with autism and developmental disabilities through applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision. Services may be provided in home, school, and center-based settings.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification.
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Reliability, patience, creativity, and passion for supporting the autism community.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collect session data and complete documentation.
- Communicate with families and the supervising BCBA.
- Provide services in home, school, and center-based settings.
