About The Position
ABA Achievers is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician to join its clinical team. The role involves helping children with autism and developmental disabilities through applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. Services are provided in home, school, and center-based settings under BCBA supervision. The position offers flexible scheduling, professional development and RBT support, and career growth opportunities, including a BCBA track.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification.
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Reliability, patience, creativity, and passion for supporting the autism community.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collect session data and complete documentation.
- Communicate with families and the supervising BCBA.
- Provide services in home, school, and center-based settings.
