About The Position
ABA Achievers is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join its clinical team. The role provides one-to-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities under BCBA supervision. Services are delivered in home, school, and center-based settings. The position is listed as contract, with pay of $22–$24 per hour and flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification.
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Reliability, patience, creativity, and a passion for supporting the autism community.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collect session data and complete documentation.
- Communicate with families and the supervising BCBA.
- Provide services in home, school, and center-based settings.
