About The Position
Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS) is seeking motivated, dependable, and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their growing clinical team. LBAPS provides high-quality, compassionate ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs throughout Staten Island and the greater NYC area. This role offers a flexible position with consistent support, meaningful work, and opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification required
- Basic understanding of ABA principles and data collection
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance
- Experience with session note writing and documentation
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with children preferred
- Experience with feeding issues a must
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings
- Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
- Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Collect accurate session data and complete session notes in a timely manner using Rethink
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team
- Help create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for each client
