About The Position

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS) is seeking motivated, dependable, and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their growing clinical team. LBAPS provides high-quality, compassionate ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs throughout Staten Island and the greater NYC area. This is a flexible position with consistent support, meaningful work, and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification required
• Basic understanding of ABA principles and data collection
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance
• Experience with session note writing and documentation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate session data and complete session notes in a timely manner using Rethink
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team
• Help create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for each client
