RBT Fulltime: M-F 9:00a-3:00p | Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and support for clinicians. RBTs work directly with BCBAs who own their practices rather than reporting into a large corporate structure. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. The role offers direct BCBA mentorship, clinician-built caseloads, flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, paid training and a path toward becoming a BCBA, and autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve. The listed opportunity is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., in Savannah, Georgia.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- College education is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children, following individualized treatment plans.
- Track progress and communicate with families.
- Meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support.
