Crossroads ABA Center is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a new program. This is an in-office, part-time position with a flexible schedule to be determined, falling between 9am-5pm or 3pm-6pm. The RBT will provide direct one-on-one and small-group therapy to children with autism and related developmental disabilities in a center-based setting. Under the supervision of a BCBA, the RBT will implement individualized treatment plans focused on enhancing communication, social, play, and adaptive skills, while also reducing challenging behaviors through the application of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) principles.
