Little Rays ABA is hiring RBTs and Behavior Technicians to staff cases across Florida! Be part of a growing team that's dedicated to transforming lives through high-quality ABA services for children with autism.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a related field is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
- Passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.
Nice To Haves
- RBT certification preferred (but not required training support available!).
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children as guided by a BCBA.
- Help clients develop essential communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Record and track progress through data collection.
- Partner with families and team members to deliver exceptional care.
